I ordered an arrangement for a funeral online on a holiday weekend the day before the funeral. The arrangement had to be delivered to the funeral home by mid-morning. On the morning of the funeral, the florist called me and told the arrangement I had ordered was not available. However, he offered to provide me with an alternative arrangement, and I accepted his offer. When I arrived at the service, I was very impressed with the beautiful arrangement that the florist had prepared for me on very short notice. Thanks to the excellent customer service that I received from Gordon Bonnetti Florist, I was able to honor my departed loved one in the manner that I had intended.

STAY AWAY – Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced I ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday because I couldn't be there to celebrate with her. Since she's currently battling cancer, I specifically chose the Gordon Bonetti's "Pretty Please" Deluxe Bouquet because of its beautiful pink flowers and large pink bow. I wanted something special to brighten her day and support a local business. Unfortunately, what arrived looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. There was no bow, very few pink flowers, and the balloon was simply tied around the vase. It honestly looked like someone grabbed a handful of flowers from a discount grocery store and dropped them into a vase. I called several times and left messages but received no response. When I finally reached someone on Tuesday, Mary was extremely rude and showed no empathy whatsoever. She told me someone would call me back, but no one did. The following day, I called again and asked to speak with a manager. Mary said no one was available. When I mentioned that I would leave a negative review due to the lack of communication, she suddenly put me on hold and transferred me to a gentleman who apologized and assured me

It was a holiday weekend and the florist was closed. I used their online system to order. I received a call from John the next day questioning my order. It was not suitable for the occasion. He discussed alternatives with me and made the changes. The arrangements were delivered on time for a funeral. When I arrived at the wake, 2 separate family members approached me and commented on the flowers. They were absolutely beautiful. Thank you John and Bonetti's for taking the extra time to review my order and make some great recommendations!!!

This is the second time I ordered from them services phenomenon. I appreciate the promptness and delivery order is just as described five star all the way definitely recommend thanks again.

We used Gordon Bonetti for our wedding florals and they came out beautifully! We had 7 bridesmaid bouquets, a bridal bouquet, and a boutonniere for the groom. Everything looked amazing! I worked with Jennifer who is such a sweetheart. Her creativity is wonderful and she even managed to honor my request to incorporate real lemons into my bridal bouquet! I recommend working with them for your special day!
